If you are a contractor, don't waste your time.
I get piss poor service every time I go here which is usually because Home Depot or Mccoys doesn't have what I need.
Employees everywhere doing nothing, talking with themselves ignoring the customers.
If you need something quickly, expect to do it all by yourself, if you order lumber online the night before you need it and you want to pick it up on your way in the morning, forget it.
The pullers don't come in till 8.
They have ONE cashier for the whole store, service is in the toilet.

Just moved here from Florida. I normally go to Home depot. After 2 trips to Home Depot and dealing with the circus over there along with rude staff I came to Lowes. Tina is the cashier we use in the pro checkout and she's super nice, answers questions and is very helpful. I'll be using this Lowes for now on.

I am rating as excellent in custom service
For Alisha , She was very helpfull and friendly . . She help us find the perfect paint for our cabinets. This lady deserves a raise even though she had a lot of customers in front of us she kept her cool and help each and everyone of us very good. Great job Alisha ❤️
