THIS IS NOT THE VALLEY'S BANK!!!!!Unfair charges for every little thing. They are a predatory buisness here to take advantage of the less/un informed.I have so many issues with this bank I don't know where to start. I lost track of how many times they have been fined by the regulatory agencies for illegal practices. Worst customer service anywhere!!!!! FTP

Very slow drive thru service. Was there before many of the cars, but they left me to the last. Very disappointed.

Absolute TRASH customer service. Tried 2 times to open an account, both times banker to banker gossip seemed to be more important than new customers. Ratings are low for a reason. I'll not ever return.

I usually go and the bankers are really nice and helpful, I went about a week and a half ago, and the lady was very rude, I had questions about opening a savings and a joint account but she was just so rude, I got my new debit card and left. I didn’t even get her name, she barely acknowledged me. It’s the lady with the Louis Vuitton Bag and Cup. She was more interested in talking to the bank tellers then speaking to me. I’ll go to the one on Texas blvd next time.

Worse bank ever Mrs.Deleon is no help! They lie to you to get you to open acounts and make excuses for thier mistake they dnt take accountability for anything staff is rude and very unhelpful. I hatethis bank and plan on closing my account

The girl in the front obviously has no idea what she’s doing. She asked for my social and it’s common sense that information should never be said out loud. You would think somebody who works at a bank should know this.

One banker working and 1 teller. I dont know what going on, but I will not be coming to this location again. No one acknowledges you not sign in sheet and some people trying to cut in front.

Drive thru or lobby it's all the same. One person helping both back and forth. If you like to wait, this is the branch. Poor service and terrible way of handling customers needs.
