THIS IS NOT THE VALLEY'S BANK!!!!!Unfair charges for every little thing. They are a predatory buisness here to take advantage of the less/un informed.I have so many issues with this bank I don't know where to start. I lost track of how many times they have been fined by the regulatory agencies for illegal practices. Worst customer service anywhere!!!!! FTP

I have an account with Wells Fargo and Bbva. I tried getting help with my business banking and it was weeks before someone could help me. I called Lone Star and Ms. Resendez helped me immediately. I couldn’t believe how quickly things got done there. I did open an account with them and am forever grateful for their quick and timely help! I highly recommend working with this Bank.
