The staff is amazing and very friendly! They’re professional and informative of the process of procedures. They’re facility is clean and they’re fast with their services. I definitely recommend this facility!

In August my children did tests, yesterday at the clinic they told me that they have tried to communicate, because of the results and nothing, the service is very good, the man is very kind, the only problem is that they do not deliver results and one cannot communicate, Unfortunately I couldn't go in person because I was sick.

I dont know the name of the gentleman that was there today but he was great. I scheduled my appointment online and checked in via email. I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment but I didn't mind bc they indeed msgd me when it was my turn for labs, so I didn't wait in the lobby. The tech was doing so many things at once... attending me, another patient in another room, checking in patients in the lobby, etc. I felt bad he was alone doing everything, please labcorp needs to schedule more technicians to work on Mondays. There was minor things that could be improved but overall satisfied. Oh, it says wear mask, so people... WEAR YOUR MASK WHILE IN THE PREMISES.

No one in the lobby wears mask, tgere is way more than the occupancy stated on the door. My Dad needed his lab drawn at a exact time because of the medicine and oxygen he's on and we are still waiting.called customer service never got a answer. Been here in the lobby and a employee has yet to acknowledge anyone. Horrible service and time management. I will say Eddie from there is amazing he communicates with the doctors and makes sure it's all lined up. And when it comes to sticking he doesn't bruise the patient.

Absolutely recommend! My son had lab work done, they were amazing! He was very scared and nervous. They were so patient and very understanding. I also recommend making appointment online. There was no wait time.

Went to Labcorp in Weslaco, TX today. Eddie, the phlebotimist, was very professional and friendly. He was able to make the needle almost painless. Would highly recommend this facility.

The only complaint I have is that you can't talk to a human when trying to get information. I had orders for testing and had to do everything through their website but needed more information and was frustrated not being able to talk with anyone . The facility itself was very clean and the technician was very professional. I will be using this LabCorp in Weslaco again.

Quick and almost painless. You do have to check in on a kiosk, but that beats dealing with a blond chomping gum and filing her nails! After the first time it will be even faster and easier! Good job! ??

This environment is very nice and polite and respectful i like the fact that there not rude of any type of way i give them not 5 stars i would give them 20 more stars the workers are nice to get along and understand and have the patient to help the clients out on the kiosk check in i do recommend u guys going to this lab corp
