Was ready to buy but due to their super sales and fantastic service they did not have my wife size walker and they kindly directed me to another walker sales company..nice to have a great store that still believe in helping people...thank you and I will return in the future.

They were so kind to my mother in law. They were honest and told us the shoes they had would not help on what she needed. They cared more for her wellbeing than on making money. It is a rare thing to see.

Went with my mom for some orthopedic shoes. My mom asked for 7.8 or a size 8. They brought her an 8.5 and told her they felt that would be her size. She tried them on and as expected they were too big. She asked for a size 8 and they told her that they've been doing this for while and know what size she is. When my mom asked if they could just bring a size 8 so she could try them on, they got mad and told her to just leave, that they were not going to help her.Horrible customer service and very lazy ladies.

People are rude and disrespectful to their clients and their employees. This is the place to go to get therapeutic shoes but the employees, even the management are very disrespectful.
