Question for heb, why do you guys order so much water if you wind up rejecting about 25% of loads? Every damn time, and it's not even damaged.

I had an 8pm appointment, I got there at 6:45pm, security was nice, just park to the right and walk up to window. You have to register with phone number and license once you do that your in their system, you get text messages for i instructions on which door to back into. Security will come and do a cab inspection idk why. Then you go turn in you paperwork around door 170 then get in your door, wait for the green light or text, then just go get paperwork when done. Unloading was a 2 1/2 hr. No overnight parking. There is restrooms. Plenty of room to maneuver. Over all good experiences just didn’t like the late night appointments, it is what it is

this was my 1st time here, and believe me, i was worried about how long im gonna be stuck here based on the previous reviews. i got here at 222pm for my 230 pm appt. got a door at 240pm, they started unloading at 3:05pm and stopped at 4pm . I was notified about paperwork being ready at 4:45 pm n out of there before 5pm. to that, i would say its pretty average and normal. less than 2&1/2 hrs. guard shack crew were pleasant security was cool too. guys, just come on time n dont come too early , park on the right walk up to guard shack and follow their directions. i took the back roads from NE, so 281 is how i came down here from 35. just dont go all the way to mexico, lol. get off 2 east and the rest you'll figure it out

Got here around 2-3 pm..apt for 5..got into a door about 445..it's after 7 pm... ridiculous to take this long to unload a straight load of charcoal!!

5/20/24 I delivered Appointment Time Only. Don't lie talking about the broker told you to come in, they said your appointment was this/that time. They’re not falling or going for it. If anybody is in your truck other than you the other occupant must have a valid CDL A to be on property. My appointment was at 4pm got a door at that time and finished unloading at 7:50pm. Make sure you don’t lose your paperwork. They will not make another copy for you. It’s plenty of good places to eat within a 10 mile radius of the facility. There’s a pilot truck stop 9 miles away in Mercedes Tx with a Chick-fil-a in the same parking lot lol never seen that before. And plenty other truck stops as well. I have no complaints because we all know there’s some facilities in trucking where you’ll be there a while. Don’t cry take the good with the bad. Someone is wishing they had a job. Plenty of space to back in docks so nobody should hit anybody nor anything. Be safe truckers let’s keep America moving!
