The last couple times I put Gass here, the gas handles are missing the clip so that you don't have to hold the pump the whole time.

Pumps are mostly all closed you can't pay at pump so it's a convenience for those who have credit cards I need to still get off . Employees are rude and have this face like what do you want, doesn't even say good morning or thank you have a nice day . If you don't like your job then why work there !

Where to start, how about two weeks ago on an online app offer the store didn't make good for me or anyone else who placed the order on the app. It's something when across Texas, customers are claiming the offer and showing their successful purchases online while this one store, didn't honor it for "fear of inventory shortages". Today, walking in for a fresh pet food item other HEBs have carried in both Harlingen and McAllen. Even Walmarts carry it. I can't even get my dogs their food in town, I have to drive 30 minutes each way to get their food. An Employee even referred to the store as a "ghetto" location for not having certain items other stores have.

Best price in town, but the lines are ridiculous, so go really early or after dark. And watch out for j*** drivers who save places in line, believe it or not. This is the world we live in, sadly.

I buy fuel when I am out buying groceries. HEB fuel prices are similar to Walmart.

I used to be on Exxon and Exxon only customer. I've had trouble if I ever stop at a convenience store my cars don't like that gas. HEB gas has been my place to go for over 20 years
