Horrible experience!The guy didn't care if he sold or not.. seem he didn't know anything or just didn't give a dam. Completely ignored us so we just left to another supplement establishment.

I entered this store with a friend and there was a GNC worker speaking to another customer. After about 10 mins, we were never acknowledged. This is what I found to be a disappointment. Even as we waited at the counter to be serviced, the GNC worker never said one word. I will not spend money at a store that does not acknowledge customers. I hate to think why we were not spoken to or asked to patiently wait until he was finished speaking to the other customer. But, I absolutely believe that it was obvious.

My favorite GNC. They have one of the best varieties of our pre-workout flavors. Very friendly service as well.

Weslaco GNC has the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in to return an item I had purchased within the 30 day period and was told I could not return the item due to the pandemic. I returned in May and still they weren’t accepting returns. I fell ill of COVID-19 and couldn’t return the item until July and the general manager Samantha Torres was not willing to return my item even when I was told back in April that I wouldn’t have any issues returning the item even after the 30 day period. When I tried explaining to her what I was told by her staff, she would not allow me to speak and from the beginning of the conversation she had a very bad attitude. GNC claims to have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their products but clearly not. Either Samantha doesn’t know her policies or GNC doesn’t comply with what they advertise. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the staff at the weslaco GNC!

The lady there at night was rude..I used the word naive and she thought that was an excuse for treating me rudely..called the manager hewas was very defensive not empathetic..GNC should have representatives that are thematic of health..this individual in all attitude and appearance strongly impressed the opposite...now business do not care about the customer experience..no accountability
