I went to go purchase a policy and I was having trouble with other places since they didn’t help me and this fine gentleman Juan Garcia quickly helped me and he gave me the breakdown and gave me amazing service and answered everything that I needed to hear which was great and purchased a policy so thank you juan for everything!

Tried cancelling insurance but, they don't seem to understand I drive for a living I'm never home. And they want me to walk into the office to cancel or write a letter who write these days line I have time or a place to drop a letter in a mailbox I'm in a 70ft large car. I can't just drive into the post office. So I filed claims for the last two months. I have a lowered my monthly payments Fred stop taking my money.!!!!

Tried cancelling my insurance and the lady was kind of rude she wouldn't let me cancel by phone plus they still draft the money for the payment but I got the refund back.

I would like to start off by saying when I first called to get a quote my intentions were to just get a quote and shop around. When the young lady Michelle spoke with me she was very polite and was very clear on all the information I asked. She then gave me options to save more money by enrolling in the automatic payment. She also advised me if I paid 3 months ahead that would also save me money. At this point there was no need for me to shop around , she made me feel very comfortable making my decision. Since I was not able to go that same day she told me it was not a problem she had saved all my information and I can go in in the following day and speak with Ash . I contacted them the next day just to let them know I was running late and the assured me it was not a problem and gave me their hours . I finally made to the store and was greeted right away. Ash and Michelle were very prompt in attending me and explaining my policy once again. Definitely recommending this location with these employees.

Did my insurance for the first time. Doing it over the phone was easy, and they walked me through the process smoothly. My associate Ruby, was really helpful, and super polite. Would definitely recommend for any first timers out there.
