Terrible experience with Ed Payne Weslaco. I bought my 3rd Jeep in February 2024, and since April 2024, it has been in service six times for the same recurring issues. Payne has only been providing temporary fixes, so I reached out to them again, hoping for a permanent solution. When I asked to speak to the general manager, I was introduced to “Junior,” the General Sales Manager. Unfortunately, he was completely unhelpful and showed no concern for my problems. When I requested to speak with someone above him, Junior claimed, “There’s no one above me; I run all these dealerships.”
After doing some research, I found out that Mr. Tony Flores is actually the General Manager. I’ve left three messages for Mr. Tony, asking for a call back, but have received no response. My Jeep is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, yet it remains unfixed. To make matters worse, Junior said he had the power to cancel all my warranties, including the manufacturer’s, and claims he has done so.

Worst experience I’ve ever had by far! I bought a 2021 VW Atlas at the end of October 2023 and by the 2nd week after purchase the check Engine light turned on. Took it and “got fixed” 2 weeks later same thing happened, check engine light came up and vehicle kept turning off on me. Took vehicle in, had to leave it for 3 days due to parts not being in stock. Picked up vehicle worked alright still felt funny when id drive it but no check engine light until the end of January.. Spoke to sales guy Omar Flores and service manager Paul, was advised I was better off to take it to mission VW as mecanics in their service department were not very familiar with Volkswagen!!! At this point I felt like I just needed a new vehicle, tried to trade in and they told me I’d be over 10k negative so decided to try and fix it instead but kept getting the run around and left on seen when I message sales person. Fast fwd to today August 15,2024. My vehicle has left me stranded twice with my kids. My vehicle has not turned on for a week now and nobody from dealership has cared to return my calls after leaving vm. Sales guy just promises to help and never gets back to me. So tired and frustrated of this situation. Save yourself from a headache and dont give these people your money!

Do not waste your time!
These people don’t care to help you once you are out of their with your purchase. I got sold a vehicle that does not work..
been struggling with them since November 2023!! I have a vehicle that won’t turn on and they don’t care to return my calls after leaving several vm!
Ridiculous!!
