I am from out of town and forgot one of my meds. I have a serious medical condition. These folks got with my pharmacy and got me meds at a fair price. Made my visit with Mom easy. Good people.

Pharmacist at this weslaco location was extremely rude, lacked empathy, and VERY unprofessional when administering vaccines to children. Do NOT recommend to anyone.

They rarely have my medications in stock. They claim they only order my medication when a prescription is entered. Many times when they claim it's in and they send a text saying so, then when I call them they say it's out of stock. Been trying to get my medications from them for 2 months now. They need to stop giving my order to others when mine came first! Terrible pharmacy! I wouldn't recommend them anywhere and to anyone.

The Pharmacy personnel at the Weslaco location are always very rude, and unwilling to help customers in a timely manner. Some of these associates should never be in front of customers.

Called to check on my prescription status, waited on hold for 28 minutes and thought I may have better luck hanging up an calling again.I did that, waited another twenty minutes and the pharmacist Rodrigo picked up and immediately put me on hold again.I waited 15 minutes more and Rodrigo picked up again.I expressed my displeasure on the wait.He put me on hold again.He picked up after a few minutes, asked my name etc. I was just trying to get an update on my RX status.He asked my phone # and told me to check the status once I got the text message.I told him I thought that was rude and he said " You can find another pharmacy if you are not happy".Really?.Waiting an hour to check on the status if an order. Was that a difficult task?I know it is a stressful job that I would not want but you picked it and customer service is a big part of it.

Great prices for some medication but other places it is cheaper. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and stocked.

1602 East Highway 83, 1602 East Business 83 Weslaco, TX 78596CVS Pharmacy Employee Perla 5/19/2023 accepted a food delivery that was intended for an nearby business. While CLOCKED IN and within the store, she chose to pretend the order was hers since it was for Perla yet obviously not hers. She Chose to go to her Bronco vehicle and eat 2 meals, that with fees it is $35 delivery. This is not an order mix up, or a stroke of luck, she intentionally went to her vehicle to hide her theft. She did not reimburse my friend the $35 and the meals where slobbered. Just because something has your name on 'it DOES NOT indicate it is yours to take. We must guide ourselves with righteous principles, doing onto others as we want to be treated. Management told us "everyone is allowed to make mistakes". What kind of mistakes? Stealing and get caught mistakes? Taking what is not yours mistakes? NO! People need to be held ACCOUNTABLE, she represents CVS wearing CVS logo, clocked in, within the building. Very shameful indeed, reprehensible, and shocking she had the audacity to say "they won't do anything to me", meaning no consequences. Why should my Coworker and I, wonder where our food is, loose money for someone's greed? WHY. It is NOT right.

Poor customer service. Went into CVS to get my son his updated vaccine for school. After his vaccine was administered, I asked Pharmacist Randy Ramos if he could fill out the paper vaccination record as proof (and to share with the school) and he responded with “I’m not going to fill that out”. My question is, as a provider of health care why did he refuse to do this? I have gone to other retail pharmacies in the past like Walmart, H‑E‑B and Walgreens and have never been denied this ask. Be better Randy.

Selena or celina saw me waiting at the photo lab and didnt not greet me nor ask if i needed help. She continued to put stock out for sale. I called the store to ask for assistance and she answered the phone then hung up on me. Said she hung up because i was standing there. So she saw me and chose not to help. Then i asked her name and she rudely told me her name.

Very bad customer service no cashier had to use self checkout and when I did it didn't work so I could not even buy anything. Employees are very rude.
