Phones are more expensive at this location. Staff stated that the owner of this store refuses to honor the website prices. Other cricket stores in weslaco honor the online price. This location wanted to charge $100 above the website price for the phone I wanted.

Hello I would like to file a fraud complain on a store that I visited my name is petra mojicaI recently visited the store on 1004 N Blvd suite B Weslaco TX 78596I was helped by the manager of the store Maritza she helped me open a line that I ported in. A few days later I went back because I wanted to add a line to my account but I went to a different store and their the young lady told me that their was 3 lines on my account with I did not add she helped me find out that a day after I ported in my line the manager add 2 more lines to my account one one of the phones was a phone on a payment plan. This is fraud and I am so disappointed that this company has people like this as a manager she should not have done this she should not be employed their I would not like to send my family members and the same thing happen to them. Horrible experience !

Horrible manager service she messed up our numbers when I connected my phone and when I called back and told her she insuiated I was lying the when I go she has the nerve to be talking down saying she didn't do anything wromg and start raising her voice at me I started recording and she threatened to have police come arrest me if anyone knows where I can contact corporate to let them know about this situation please let me know I still have yet my phone to be connected after I have paid the 41 connection fee this Is comeplety unprofessional and unacceptable.
