Absolutely great service from all the staff. Orders were placed, deadlines were met and there was always communication about my orders (whether it be a phone call or sending a text message to update me on my orders). I'm genuinely happy with the customer service, as they officially have a new loyal customer on their hands. Thank you to everyone!

This store is supposed to have amazing jewelry repair but that’s not what I experienced. They had my ring sitting at their store untouched & barely called today saying they can’t work on my ring unless they can add a missing stone that they so conveniently don’t have in stock. What a way to up charge & rip someone off. This ring was supposed to be a birthday gift for tomorrow. It’s just very unprofessional on their end to wait till the day before. If they knew my ring had been sitting, why was I not notified quicker?? unbelievable. I don’t recommend this place due to their poor customer service skills.

They repurposed a diamond into my engagement ring and took that diamond to a necklace. The work was wonderful, the service could not have been better. Lily was very helpful and friendly. Soo beautiful
