Asked for a wildcat version of a panther shirt. (2 designs 4 shirts paid in full) Was told I would receive a proof image and a message when they were ready in a week. Over a week later didn’t hear back so I called. They made the shirts and never told me. I didn’t like the font because it looked like an overlap mistake. Wouldn’t have approved it if I saw a proof image. Weeks later we didn’t hear back. Picked up one design that was done and had to wait longer for the second design. Bad communication. Wouldn’t recommend or go back
