CALLED IN.....WAITED OVER 25 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO HELP.... NOTHING!!!! NEVER EVEN AUTO-TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT. IF THIS IS SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD HATE TO SEE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD TO HANG UP AND CALL BACK. I'M JUST A BLINKING LIGHT ON A PHONE CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN TIME......GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!!

A few weeks ago our fridge gave out and I bought one from Central Plumbing & Electric Supply on Elizabeth which used to be Stevenson's Appliances. After swiping my card Bobby Stevenson stated he had sold the store to CP&E. I said oh oh what happens if The fridge has issues? He said don’t worry you’ll be taken care of. Well, a few days later the door to the new fridge didn’t close properly and I called to get it checked. The technician came and said there’s nothing wrong with it. That’s how the door closes. A few days after that I called Bobby to tell him this noise never stops! He wasn’t available so I left a message. I didn’t receive a call back so I called and left a message again. I called several times and Bobby never returned my calls. I spoke to Mario and told him what was going on. They sent a technician to check it and he said that was a normal sound and all new refrigerators make that noise. I went into the store on Thursday and asked for Bobby. Mario said he was no longer working there and said ”how can I help you.” I advised him about the refrigerator and he asked me what the technician had said. I told him the tech said it was a normal noise. I told him that noise is too loud and doesnt let us sleep and I don’t mind paying more for one that doesn’t make all that noise. Mario said he would have to call Gene Pena the owner cuz he was the only one that could make that decision. I called back on Friday and asked Mario if he had a solution for the issue with the fridge. He said the owner was out of town. I said ok so now what? Mario said he would file a request with LG for them to come and check the fridge. And just now, I just got this text from LG. Where sis they send the troubleshooting steps? I checked my email and there’s nothing from them. Now what?
