I open my account with boost mobile a few months back with Kayla and I loved her service I went in today for help with my Facebook nothing to do with my phone I was scared she wasn't gonna help me cause my phone was working but she didnt care and told me she would gladly help me that's why she was their to help her customers!

I love coming to this location. i was having so much trouble with my iphone 15 since it’s a E sim and no one was able to help me. i was about to switch companies because of all of this. Kayla has such great customer service. I’ve gone to other boost mobile but none of them tops her customer service I went to Get an upgrade a couple months back for my little sister and kayla helped me me through The whole process. I came in today to upgrade my line and she gave me a Halloween baggie for my little sister. i love the fact that she remembers every little detail. i will be for sure getting my upgrades here.

I went with my sister to ask about services about boost, The girl working there said she didn't have knowledge on what the internet for phone plans. So we asked about the phones inside the store on promotions and she just pointed at the phones and sid, the phones were there against the wall. She seemed like not interested in assisting us, so we went with another phone provider and purchased. Customer service needs work.

When I switch this month they didn't tell me i could get a free phone just by switching to boost mobile instead using my old phone, smh!!!

Their site and app never lets you update your payment method or enroll a new card in autopay. When you go into the store to pay it they try to charge you a $4 processing fee for paying in store. Why do I have to pay that fee when your site and app is down or not working all the time? Then the girl tried to say it wouldn’t let me pay because my phone had already been disconnected, which wasn’t the case. My phone was still connected and working just fine.

Went great, until they didn’t or wouldn’t honor the 7 day return policy. Made my mom buy a phone full price (when that shouldn’t have happened), gave her the run around about a return or credit, and to “make peace” gave her a free phone. Everything was very unprofessional experience. From managers and store associates.
