If I could give this place negative stars I would. We got a hotspot from this location so we can take on our camping trip. They activated the device but it never worked. We paid for the services and the device and the Boost store did not want to help us fix the issue. I got better customer service at the other Boost location in Donna and Mcallen. They tried to help us out and took the time to figure out what they could do for us. Even customer service over the phone was more helpful than these workers. These workers gave us the run around and the manager was never in when we were told that he would be in. Never go to this boost store next to the Texas Inn. Go the Boost store in Donna or even the Boost store that is close to the UPS store. This place is a joke and we will be reporting them to the BBB and letting corporate know that this store is doing a horrible job representing the brand. We wasted our hard earned money on in this place, so I'm warning you don't make the same mistake like we did and let another Boost Store take care of you.
