Trashy customer service I was racially profiled for walking in with sunglasses and a bandana during a pandemic. The representative stated to me that outside the store it shows that you must remove your sunglasses and hat and after I questioned her to show me where, she then stated that she would put it up herself. She then refused to take my payment because she said she felt uncomfortable and returned my money. As I turned around and started walking out the door she started talking trash behind my back. I went back a second time hoping to get another representative but the same woman was still there so I gave her a second chance and advised her that I was having issues with my data. She then proceeded to tell me that it was my phone that I needed to upgrade and contact boost customer care when that was clearly part of her job to contact boost customer care on behalf of the customer. I left and went to the mercedes boost mobile and Kayla was not only able to contact boost customer care on my behalf but she resolved my data issue as well. I do not recommend anyone to this weslaco boost mobile location as they do not know how to treat their customers with the respect that they deserve. Never again will I go to this location for any issues or a payment for that matter.
