I had a problem with a “Robert Elizalde” State Farm agent from Edinburg… that Edinburg establishment just simply wouldn’t answer my calls and emails of my request to cancel with them. I called this place in Weslaco to ask if I could do the cancellation anywhere or it had to be specifically in the one I opened the policy. Ms. Adriana Rodriguez was so kind and aside from responding to my questions also offered to call them herself and see if they would answer her. Guess what?!… They answered!
