Bad experience not happy with! I placed an order online today’ the online purchase said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days ‘ I called the store to make sure and they told me they would have to deliver next week! 8 whole days that I shouldn’t have to wait for . I don’t think it’s right just because they are booked and because thanksgiving next week !It’s their job to help you out but instead they don’t bad experience with these people I swear they need to do better with their employees!

Customer service when buying 5 star. When resolving a problem a 2 star. And when delivering an item a 1star. Save yourself the headache and just RUN from this place!

I like this aarons, but currently, I've been waiting for a replacement recliner. Y'all sent a guy over and he said it needed to be replaced, it's been over a month and last time I called they said they were waiting for a part. Also, my term is almost up, are yall just waiting for it to run out? This recliner is for my grandfather so I'd appreciate some sort of response.

I don’t recommend them they sold us a washer that didn’t even work and I have videos and then they trespass and lie that the gate was open when I also have a video of them coming in a private property

Went to get a dryer and while there got a big amplifier too. The representative was very nice and easy to talk too. Explain and answered every question. Not the first time there but the place is very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I moved to weslaco a year and a half ago and have been a regular customer that has paid on time ever since, Precisely 320$ a month to be exact. You think that you would be treated with respect I mean that's almost a car payment and on top of it I'm a disabled combat Vet... I very much love my country and remember a time in America when the customer was in- valuable. I will never buy another thing at Aaron's rent to own because of the lack of customer service service I receive when enternig this location it is not smart to pay someone a wage that cost you business.
