As a contractor, it's important to have a good relationship with the local hardware store. Bartlett's in Wellington is great at getting us the supplies we need, when we need them. The new manager has made the store easier to navigate and has made the lumber bins more user friendly. Manager Ray and the rest of the team are always willing to go that extra mile to help us find what we need. They are knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Special shout out to Luwanna, who is always willing to "talk shop" with me, and to manager Ray for treating me (a female contractor) with a ton of respect. Y'all rock!

Took 30 minutes to explain and find item then manger comes out last minute before checkout only to tell me they haven’t sold any of that item in three years and he was gonna have to up charge resulting in the original overpriced item to triple…been driving over to this store for years but will be driving the extra distance to a different hardware store from now on
