Was not keeping 12' untreated YP protected. Was told by the lot attendant to pick through bundles until I found decent sticks. Rejected entire order and wasted hours. Service desk employees were embarrassed and apologetic. Refund was easy though.

When we moved here several years ago we realized there was no Lowes, no Home Depot but we were in for a big surprise with the Weimar McCoys. They treat you like family and don't point out where something is, they take you to it when possible. They make sure you found what you are looking for. So friendly, great customer service.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. Gary is amazing! My son who isn’t a big fan of strangers warmed right up to him. Gary gave him popcorn and a coloring book. Just the sweetest little soul! I will definitely be back all because of him.

Always look to McCoy's for quality and competitively price lumber with a good selection! The guy's in the yard are helpful and know their inventory!

If a customer walks in and says how are you? I guess it’s customary to just ignore them. I normally wouldn’t say anything, but it happens every time. Customer service here is a joke, staff seems lazy, troubled to work?
