Had an appointment for 2pm. Upon arrival door was locked and nobody was in the office. Waited for 45 min and called number on door with no answer. Hours of business clearly state they should have been open. Terrible way to conduct business. I will make it a point to let everyone know in the tri county area not to use this place for anything in the future.

I had an 11:40 appointment today and when I got there the building was locked. There was a man parked beside me and he rolled down his window and said he had an 11:10 appointment and he called someone and they said they would be closed all day because they didn't have enough staff. My issue is that they should have called the people who had appointments to let them know they would be closed.

Was in and out in less than 20 minutes and they are practicing good sanitization and mask protocol right now. Saw another review that said they had fingerprint appointments when no other IDENTOGO locations around Austin that could do fingerprinting for the Texas License to Carry anytime this summer, but J&D Multiservices in Weimar was able to see me this week.

Super fast and professional service. Prices are fair and reasonable. The owner was very friendly and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. It was easy to find and is the ONLY place that has fingerprint service appointments available the summer of 2020 when all of Austin was booked. Worth the drive.

I was happy with the service I paid for. They are easy to find right off the main drag in Weimar. The owner took care of me and she was professional and friendly.

This place doesn’t even exist. IndenToGo is scheduling appointments at this place but it doesn’t exist. It’s closed since ages.
