Though now called Cavender Auto Country, this is the LAST time I'll use their service department. In spite of having bought my Silverado 2500 here a year ago, their service department just runs so inefficiently each time I come. This time I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 scheduled oil change. Noted 7 cars parked in the service drive so got out and spoke to Tommy and said "Y'all look slammed. I'm just here for an oil change appointment". He said no sir these are all drop ins and we'll take care of your appointment right away. Grabbed Gina and told her mine was an appointment oil change. Saw Gina drive my truck around to back at 9:30. Went up at 10:20 to ask about what the hold up might be. 10:30 Gina comes to tell me the truck was just put on the lift. We discussed my appointment and she said she didn't know about that. Also said someone didn't show up for work blah blah blah So guess if I hadn't asked about it my quick 15 min oil change truck would still be sitting back there somewhere. I'll go try Oviedo in La Grange from now on.

I had to stop in while traveling to San Antonio and they fixed my window trim at no cost. Great and great and helpful service repair tech; Bradley.

I stumbled across this dealership on Yelp. It had good reviews and when I checked out their website they had a vehicle that peaked my interest. I will say I have not purchased anything from them YET but in the future if it works out I would love to. I have been working with Kelly via phone, text and email for the last few days and she is awesome!! She went above and beyond to make my difficult car situation better. She set up me with one of their buyers to try to get me the best trade in deal possible. We have been looking all over the Austin area for the right vehicle and the right place to give us the amount we want/need on our 2 vehicles to trade in... Kelly has been great with a communication and kept me in the loop even on her days off. I don't know if we are going to end up purchasing from here but I would recommend if you are looking for a new car you check out this dealership. Even if you don't live in the area I feel that it will be worth the drive.

Horrible customer service. I've worked with many many dealerships and this one by far takes the cake for the worst I've spoke with. I was treated like a child when I spoke with Russell over the phone and told "I'm not playing this numbers game if You would like to see the car you can call before hand and make sure the cars on the lot". The shocking part is that not a single number was mentioned during this conversation to warrant his response. I was looking to trade my 2015 corvette for another 2015 corvette they have in stock but after the attitude I got from him I will take my business else where to someone that actually wants it.
