In all my 40 years of purchasing vehicles, roughly every 2 years, Jorge was hands down the Best salesman I have ever had! I never felt pressured or nervous during my experience. He took care of me like I was his mother. Then the finance man, James Baker, came into the picture after I agreed to the purchase price, he too, went way beyond the call of duty to get me the absolute best deal possible. He explained everything to me and I was assured all along the process. I was relaxed and comfortable during my experience with him as well. We told stories, laughed and signed papers. This, too, was the easiest experience I ever had in all my car buying years! Cavenders has a fantastic team in Weimar Tx! “I stumbled across this dealership on Yelp. It had good reviews and when I checked out their website they had a vehicle that peaked my interest. I will say I have not purchased anything from them YET but in the future if it works out I would love to. I have been working with Kelly via phone, text and email for the last few days and she is awesome!! She went above and beyond to make my difficult car situation better. She set up me with one of their buyers to try to get me the best trade in deal possible. We have been looking all over the Austin area for the right vehicle and the right place to give us the amount we want/need on our 2 vehicles to trade in... Kelly has been great with a communication and kept me in the loop even on her days off.
