DR HANSEN is an amazing Doktor! She has a Big Heart and is a special person that's why she is amazing. She is similar to a country Doktor in suburbia TX. She has seemingly avoided the typical Doctors Indoctrination of follow the leader and their contemptuous apathy, however her reception staff and one in particular has not! With that said, Kathy becomes a victim of her own success... BC this has been going on for a while, and reading these reviews. I can see I am not the only person being insulted with a snarky smile from this confused, post pubescent cheerleader with a bad attitude who thinks smiling makes her words less rude. When she is reminded what it feels like for most people to bravely even come to a Do[k]tors office then maybe I'll come back but, until then. I am sorry Kathy, and I mean no disrespect to you.
Call me crazy but this little lady acts more like a club bouncer than a receptionist and she doesn't understand the empathy needed for the role!
The nurse's are top class too

I have used these doctors for 15 plus years. They treat me great. I have had several things that require testing and they get back with me quickly. I do recommend “Your Family Doktor” to my friends neighbors and family.

I have been going to this doctor since i was 5, During the pandemic they stopped being accessible to me, continuously dont call me back and refused to set up appointments while placing the blame on me, fast forward to this year, they moved locations and did not notify anyone - I have covid and are now refusing to even have a televisit with me because I havent been in to see them because they REFUSED to call me back or set up appointments with me. I am now 23 and feel like I should have been spending the last several years finding a better doctors office instead of trying to work with people who obviously do not care about their patients.

I liked Dr. Hansen a lot, she was always easy to talk to (sometimes a little too talkative for an introvert). However, I intentionally left this practice back in May 2021.
It became increasingly difficult to schedule appointments (nobody would pick up the phone) and when I did manage to get an appointment, I would be waiting in the lobby 30-45min past my appointment time and then waiting 10-15min more in the exam room before being seen. What is the point of making an appointment if you won't be seen at appointed time?
The final straw was when I visited in May 2021 after having COVID symptoms. She did not order a COVID test which was surprising. We of course ended up talking about COVID quite a bit and Dr. Hansen began to allude to COVID-hoax themed studies and anecdotes. She also stated proudly "only one person in this office is vaccinated anyway". The vaccine was widely available at that point. It is dangerous to both staff and patients to not be vaccinated in a place where everyone is routinely exposed to sick patients. I got the heck out of there and never came back.

Doctor Hanse is an amazing doctor! We started going to Doctor Hansen clinic more than fifteen years ago. My whole family goes there, my husband, my daughters, my son-in-law and some friends.
I just want to say thank you for your wonderful attention, caring and professionalism.

Horrible staff. Rude and uncaring. Also, this place is deleting poor reviews and only keeping, or even fabricating good reviews. I have submitted poor reviews over the past year about how the staff has become worse and worse. I went to Kelsey Seybold. Much better staff.

Absolutely AMAZING STAFF! These women jumped through hoops for me today and I cannot thank them enough. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hartig’s for over 15 years and the doctor and women working in the office have always been nothing but utterly kind, compassionate and helpful.

Doctors office is very fast and they have a great booking system. However, MOST OF THE STAFF DONT HAVE MASKS ON.which is quite alarming and she was telling me that there are serious doubts about the vaccine and was very coy about supporting being vaccinated.But there was little wait and Hartig is quick.

My family & I have been going to Dr. Hansen for many years and have always gotten the best care from her and the office staff. She takes her time and treats you like family! Also, the office always very considerate about your time... The average wait here is always under 5 mins!

Seriously the worst staff ever...…Dr. Hansen is super flaky and if you call and have to move or cancel your appointment you better talk to someone on the phone. I have left messages for reschedules and still get billed a 25$ fee. I started recording myself leaving the messages so that no one could say they did not get them. Like stated above the office will not answer the phones when you call and I have had to call three or four times to get someone on the phone. Do yourself a favor and find a solid practice, I cannot speak on the other doctors but I would assume it is not different.

I went to Dr. Hansen and was very happy with my care for probably 5 years. Then due to the right wing politics of some of the Doctors at Your Family Doktor they decided not to take Medicare Patients. I also had Federal Health Insurance, but they refused to take all Medicare Patients, even though I had private insurance, so I was immediately without a Doctor. I ended up going to the UT Physicians Family Practice and I'm very happy with UT Physicians.

I have been with Hansen and Hooker since the practice opened. Louisa and Cory have always been awesome! Dr Hooker ALWAYS looks for the best options on meds and just being honest with me.
