I got 212 inch kicker comp they put them in the next day they blown the amp blown and the speaker line was old 14 gauge do not go here

Stopped by on a Saturday to ask if they can install a backup camera for my daughter's car. Store owner said can't do it today, it's raining and installer leaving early. The following Saturday, called early in the morning and he told me to come in at 2:00 pm and car will be done by 4:00 pm. Went there at 2:00 pm and he said he can't do the job today because he's busy. I reminded him that I had called ahead and to bring the car in at 2:00 pm. Now he's saying he doesn't have time. I told the owner that's unprofessional, poor service, and that's not how you run a business. He responded, "it's my business and that's how I run it!" Owner didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He not only lost this one job, but all future jobs and any referrals to family and friends. Please don't waste your time at this business, poor customer service, unreliable, rude, and very UNPROFESSIONAL! Plenty of other installers in the area who will treat and value their customers the right way.

Bad customer service, lie about pricing over the phone vs in person, will install old, underpowered, dusty off brand cables and kits. Watch out

Do not go here !!!!Well I stopped in to get a quote for having a bass box put in and a amplifier, one guy quoted me $140 and when I went back the day after on Saturday a different guy wanted to me to pay $200 and then I told him I was not paying $200 he went down to 150. But after he installed everything there was no bass knob to turn down the bass in the speakers he said he didn’t put in the door very unprofessional, He told me the bass knob would be another $20. So he basically charge me 150 just to wire my amp !!!!!RIP OFFS

Do not go here. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. A worker did not know how to take apart my center console to get to the radio, so I had to do it for him. Not only that, but he claimed I needed a new wiring harness which will cost $129 so my new radio will function properly. Uhhhh, I don't think so. After a few minutes of arguing that I did not need it, I said I was going to go somewhere else, but magically, my existing wiring harness all of a sudden will work without having to shell out $129. Funny huh? I basically installed the radio myself right in front of the worker. I said I only needed the FM/AM Radio and Bluetooth wired up. He said "okay, sure". Come to find out a few hours later while I was on the road, the Bluetooth wire was never installed. I took apart my center console to see if that was true and come to find out it was. Not only that, but I was missing screws that require the center console to stay flush and prevent rattles. So now I don't have Bluetooth, and I have screws that are missing. Never again.
