I wasn't sure about using a non big box pharmacy but they have the best customer service l! I mistakenly forgot to update my address and didn't realize until the day of the delivery. They took care of everything within minutes!! Thank you! Keep up the good work

My prescription was scheduled to be sent to me the DAY I needed to take my medication. Luckily, a gentleman was able to change the shipping day and I will be getting it tomorrow!!! Thank you so much excellent customer service.

Multiple texts in the middle of the night and product was delivered EARLY morning before 8am. Not a good business practice during non-business hours. Also, unsafe for the deliverer because it was very dark and they were an unknown ringing our doorbell.

Horrible customer service. Horrible communication skills.Y’all need someone to be able to contact over the weekend. Y’all sent the wrong medication and tied up the prescription which prevented insurance/third parties to correct y’all mistake. We went without medication over the weekend because of y’all’s mistake. Put on the shoes of your customers and do better to them. We finding another pharmacy.

This pharmacy sent daughter the very prescription we’ve worked so hard for them NOT to send to us. We are stuck with a medicine that DOES NOT work for my daughter until Monday business hours. Poor customer service and staff does not know what they are doing. When I was called for a payment no one told me the medicine that was prescribed to my daughter was unavailable and that they would be sending something else. I tried to support a small business, but this is really my last straw. I will be switching back to CVS after I get my refund for this medicine that was NOT PRESCRIBED to my daughter and her prescription released from this careless pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. The employee I spoke with did not write down my full address, including gate code, and courier they used to ship my medication was not able to deliver it. This occurred on a Friday and the courier required direct permission from the pharmacy for a Saturday delivery since it cost more. However, because it was Friday after 5pm, and Webster is not open weekends, there was nobody at Webster who could be reached and I had to spend a weekend without my medication. I will never use this pharmacy again. Use at your own risk.
