I had an 11:00 am appt that I made days ago. There was a walk-in waiting. I was on time. We were both waiting. Veronica took the walk-in first even though I was the one that had the appointment. Terrible customer service! Disappointed. If I could put zero stars I would put zero stars.

Outstanding, I have been going there for over 15 years and she has cut my hair and beard and has done a wonderful job on both Thank you very much for the great work on both. I have told several people about her and VIP and they are happy too. And the price is right!!!!

This was the only place in the area I could find that would do a free hair cut for hair donation-They gave me info on how to donate to Wigs For Kids and bagged my hair as well. 5 stars for their charity work!

We absolutely love, love, LOVE this place! My entire family (husband and kids) has been going to Veronica for years and won't go anywhere else. They are family friendly, great at cuts and styles, and make coming to the salon a great experience. She has also done my daughter's hair for dance recitals, weddings, summer fun coloring, etc. I highly recommend this place without any reservations.Services: Haircut

They seemed nice. Decent atmosphere.I wish that they'd of been up front with me on what they could and couldn't do before we started my hair cut... Gonna be a tough two weeks letting it grow back out.They'll be good. Just be sure you know what you want, and they 100% know what you want.

I highly recommend VIP. I have been a client of Veronica's for over 25 years. The only time I didn't use her is when she left where she was working to open up VIP. Couldn't find her! Top notch service. And she will train any co-worker to emulate what you want done. I go there every 2 weeks.
