Throughout and after my pregnancy I had to visit labor and delivery for complications I had encountered. The Doctors and nurses took care of me each and every time wonderfully.

I gave two stars because of my initial greeting, or lack thereof, from the admitting clerk. Upon arrival at the desk, the clerk was very harsh, rude and abrasive. Her vocabulary consisted of the words "what" "huh" and "go sit down over there." My care from the nursing team, surgeons, pca's, residents and attending was awesome. Please remind your admitting clerk that they are the first impression of your hospital and if they cannot provide professional, caring services to patients, perhaps they need to work in an environment with less contact with the public.

I arrived at my appointment and was seen right away. I completed everything that was needed in record time. I was prepared to be there all day and I believe they got everything completed in an hour and half.

All of the staff is good to work with. The only thing is when CT scans or X-rays need to be done before visit, it would be nice if ALL pre-tests were coordinated before the actual Dr. appt.The appointment to see the Dr. was at 8:30 in the morning, but I wasn't called until the day before and told an X-ray needed to be completed before the appt.The x-ray department didn't take the first appt until 9:00, which made it difficult to see the Dr. at the 8:30 appt.

All of the staff we're kind and helpful. The neurology department had my back, literally, and took better care of me than I do myself. I especially want to thank Dr. Pratt.

Sometimes we have an awesome experience and sometimes we have the opposite. My daughter was in the ER on Friday, the nurse seemed to not care about anything. She was admitted. She spent Saturday and Sunday morning in a room, told she had a virus, told to go home, and come back if it worsens. We were back in the ER Sunday evening. The nurse chastised my daughter for complaining when they were digging in her arm for a vein. We were told we were being admitted again, then told we were getting transferred to TCH. Then we never saw the nurse again. They left an empty bag fluids on her both ER visits. I removed the empty bag Sunday. They were supposed to give us an ETA on the ambulance, they didn't. They also didn't tell us we were being transferred ER to ER. It was very disappointing. Normally we have good experiences, there are doctors who visit with my daughter, even when they aren't assigned to her to check on her. Unfortunately my daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic and has complications, so we are not strangers.

I think I have the best PA in the world. Erika includes me in the decision making process, and I while I know she has many patients, she always makes me feel like I'm the only one. She usually will respond very quickly to any message I send or question I ask. I highly recommend her.

One of the worst experiences of my life was getting a CT scan here. Butchered my arm over and over and then the CT results came back incomplete. Paid $1000 out of pocket for this garbage.
