Urban Air is an incredible place with a fantastic staff who are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is filled with fun activities that keep everyone entertained, from trampolines to obstacle courses. Worse as it's ever been. Used to be a nice place. Now no rules at enforced, employees(kids) flirt with each other rather than do their jobs. Parents do not control their kids. In other words, another nice place to bring your kids ruined by family's who do not respect anything or anyone and employees/ managers who sit around or flirt in groups.

super awesome the fact that im 170 came in clutch bc i destoryed everyone in the plush sword game and the socks are fire.
Update i went here again with my seven kids because my sister is a druggy and now i have custody of all of them. We went there and the kids had an awesome time but Johnny did an oopsie in the ball pit! Sorry, it wasn't actually pineapple juice.

We have 4 kids, ages 3-7. Only one of them was tall enough to do most of the attractions. It's also a little on the pricey side. If you have smaller kids this probably isn't the best place to take them until they are 48 inches or more.. Other than that, the place was okay. Clean bathrooms, yummy icees (get the cotton candy flavor you won't be disappointed).
