They are back taking food stamps EBT so I choose timewise over 7 elevon across the street so I like chell vs Excon. Now they both take EBT but if I had to choose I like time wise more

Staff was upset because I asked if they accept ebt after scan was made. All I did was ask and he was upset because he had to do separate transactions. There’s no signs mentioned they do. Didn’t look like he wanted to do his job (Walter). Not satisfied with this stores customer service. Done won’t go back!

The fat white male cashier is always rude and I'm not sure he's happy with his job because I've never seen him smile not one time and I come to this store very often for gas, and anything else I might need. He's always closing the store at random times even tho the store is 24hours he also comes off as a racist for the most part and doesn't really try to hide it. All of the women and the older skinny white male and black male are very friendly and polite and I've never had any issues with them...however there is always one bad apple in the bunch and if he can not do a job that requires you to deal with different ethnicities and backgrounds then he simply should not be an employee with the company. If this was a one time thing I wouldn't be writing this review however it's been on going...I have lived in this area for 7 years now and as I said I go to this store very often because it's in close proximity to my house. There's no possible way that he just so happen to be having a "bad day" every time I come in... no way it's completely unacceptable at this point maybe he need a customer service training or maybe he needs to be let go in my opinion he needs to be fired... hopefully something is done about him soon because it's very uncomfortable and unacceptable

It's getting late, and Timewise, I don't really have the capability to finish this review. But I will anyway. I've been here so many times and I've taken quite a few pictures, but they never seem to stay on here, so I'm reviewing this popular gas station in Clear Lake without my pictures being up here and maybe I will add them later. It has decent price gas for Clear Lake, which is pretty cheap in general, and I appreciate it. It's right on the corner, close to KFT and Spring Roll Express (best Banh Mi in HTX probably) which are two of the main reasons I come to these parts - and to Barbie's nail salon which is Nail Spa Expose.

I went in yesterday to get gas. I was on my way to Houston to pick up my daughter who had a grand mall seizure. She was in the hospital. I noticed that alot of the pumps had yellow bags over them so I went to the one that did not. I put my card in and it said that I could pump gas. I was pumping but nothing was coming out but the numbers were running on the screen. I stopped at $6.08 and checked my car and there was no gas going in. I went in to tell the people and they would not give me my money back!!!! The pump was off but it was still running numbers. The manager told the guy to turn the pump on and she went out to put some gas in a container. The pump wasn't even on and the numbers were still running!!!! She said see it's working!!!! I said I want my money back and they called the police on me. Don't go there.....in all my life I have never had this happen and I am almost 70 years old!!! What a poor representative of Shell!!! I will never go to Shell again!!!

I don't drink soda very often anymore, but when I do, I want it to be cold, and I am typically looking for something specific. I really enjoy Diet A&W Root Beer, which for whatever reason is super hard to find...but it seems like this place is carrying it again. So, yay! The gas here is about the same price as across the street, but I will typically choose to get it here and the place across the street is now a no-name, and I just don't trust gas from a no-name company (they do have a sign that they will be owned/run by Pemex soon). Plus, you can use your Kroger gas points here, so another yay for that! I do like that it's pretty easy to get in and out of, although I do not understand why people try to turn left on to Highway 3 during either rush hour. Seriously? Thanks for blocking the lane(s)... It's not a bad place, but it really doesn't stand out from any of the other multitude of gas stations/convenience stores in the area...but good to stop at if you have a need.

This place is a constant problem. The employees are lazy and also downright rude and incompetent. Just about every time I go to get gas there was a problem either they sent it to the wrong pump, did not put the right amount or didn't even then turn the pump on at all, forcing me to walk back in there and tell them to do their simple job because I already paid them and now they're doing me a disservice in the full Houston heat of the day. And I find when I go in there to buy things besides gas there a little sarcastic smirks on their faces and I'm not even sure why that's just bad business. So I usually return with rude comments and looks myself. Getting gas should not be a tug of war for my dignity I find these people to be absolutely pathetic and immoral. There's even a bald Asian guy that works in there who constantly blow snot rockets in front of customers. There is an Indian worker in there who likes to insult people passive aggressively and then accuse them of things when it is he who simply needs to do his job and pay attention. Don't even get me started on the chunky white girl who rolls her eyes at everybody because they want to buy things and are simply in her way of standing there doing nothing. very rarely have I ever gone in side the store without a disaster. So why would I go here in my right mind you ask? Because it's on the corner of a convenient area for me in the experience itself is anything but convenient everything is dragged out and ruined needlessly because these people have the ego problem and all they are is gas station peons. so sad. bad business

Always a clean store, friendly employees and you can save on gas with your Kroger gas rewards! The location at Bay Area Blvd & HWY 3 is very convenient.
