Always fast service when I'm dropping my Amazon return packages. If you are mailing your own package make sure you have a box and tape because they charge for those things and it's not cheap.

The best UPS location that I ever visited.....The staff are very helpful and courteous... So far I have never been charged for printing the return package label.... Keep my finger crossed as many reviewers stated that other locations charged printing the return packages labels... I never encounter any problems of dropping off the packages (cos they will print you a receipt as proof- so you will be able to track your return packages)

They always close early I work until 630 and don’t get here until 650 and every time they are closed if the doors are not locked they stand there and say we shut off the registers. They are not supposed to close until 7 pm.

Would never do business with that store again the guy has the worst attitude of any business owner I know. Went there to transact business and he acted as though I was begging for something. BLACK PEOPLE DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

This crew is my go-to for anything office related. The super nice staff have been so helpful from notary services, shipping and acting as my post office. One young man took an idea I had for a sign and on his own developed a prototype for me to tweak- the result was exactly what I had in my mind. I live 40 minutes away and pass several UPS offices as I travel here. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. This team should be used as a training store for UPS new hires or franchisees.

Dont trust their hours on their website or google. Drove up there on the weekend and they were still closed. Says they open at 10 but i got there at 10:30 and they were still closed. Post your correct hours or show up to work when it says you are open on your website. Waste of time and gas.

I usually don't write online reviews and never thought I would write one for UPS. However, the service I received at Webster UPS store has compelled me to rave about them. As busy as the staff and manager were when I was there, they took the time to help me come up with a way to safely ship some very important items. After that, I had some follow up questions that they eagerly answered and helped me through over the phone. My experience at Webster UPS store reminded me that there are still people out there who are committed to their job and doing it with kindness.

This store needs to review the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as a gentleman with a service dog were accosted and effectively forced to leave their store during my visit this morning, April 2nd, 2023 just as the store was opening. In no way was his dog unruly or otherwise untrained. We had spent 15 minutes with other waiting patrons prior to this store opening (late) enjoying the company of one another. The bearded gentleman in the hat was incredibly out of line and UPS needs to take formal action.
