We have used this UPS location many times for shipping, faxing, scanning, and shredding services. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and the customer service has always been top notch. I highly recommend this location for your shipping and document needs.

The UPS store team was fantastic! Everyone was professional and courteous, making sure I had a smooth experience. Special thanks to a sweet, short, and bubbly girl who went above and beyond to help with my requests—her positive attitude was contagious! The whole staff is dedicated and efficient, ensuring quick and hassle-free service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Just read all these great reviews but Reza treated me very rudely this morning and refused to give me a drip off reciept for my Amazon return which has never happened before. He tells me that it won't be shipped off today, even though it's 850am. Liar Sai the mail has already been picked up today. Look racist Reza, Amazon printed that teciept and says return to UPS. IVE ALWAYS RECIEVED A RECIEPT and proof it was returned and dropped off. I will go back and take a photo of him with my box since he's giving me a hard time. I'm disabled and staying g at the hotel across the street and will not be going to the post office to return it because he refuses to help me. I will also report him to Amazon. Now my time is being wasted walking g back to this store. They have to brochure for their postcard and business card service they advertise for. He made me write down his email and didn't give me any prices for business cards nor postcard services so that's false advertising. I will report

This is not my first UPS mailbox is but this is the first time I've ever been treated with such kindness by a store. I have been displaced since the pandemic and this is the only address I own, so this UPS is more than just a UPS it's a home for me and the people that work here and own it have treated me so kind and are overwhelmingly sensitive of my situation and I feel like their family. God Bless You All ?

Made an appointment for a notary service. Received email confirmation and reminders to show up. Coordinated with witnesses to meet us there. Woke up a baby, drove a screaming baby across town only to be told that the notary decided not to show up that day. Isn't that the point of making an appointment? To make sure they are prepared to provide that service? Very frustrated and staff weren't even apologetic.
