My company does facilities maintenance, and approximate tile matching is a constant hassle. I've learned to stop Google-ing and just email Hayley at The Tile Shop instead -- they've always been extremely responsive and have solved a number of problems which had me at an impasse.
I have ~20 tile stores in my contact list, and this place is my first call. Thanks, Hayley!

My experience with the Webster Tile Shop location and Hayley Stordeur is Excellent!. After shopping expeditions to other local shops, I stopped in at the Webster location and I was so lucky to have Hayley spend her time with me in selecting samples for my projects. She makes great design choices and her idea boards are insanely good. As we talked, during my frequent visits, she determined my tastes and anticipated beautiful tiles I would consider for my projects. Hayley is the ultimate designer and manager, her customer service skills are amazing! The Tile Shop is always adding new tiles so I will continue to drop by every few weeks to see what's new! I have purchased 90% of the tiles for my home project from the Webster Tile Shop as well as 100% tile shop purchases for two remodels during this year. This store is clean, the associates are friendly, the tiles are of high quality and beautiful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and luxe look! I highly recommend The Tile Shop in Webster for your tile needs.

I was referred to The Tile Shop by my decorator and contractor. Cressa was so helpful and patient working with me to put together the selections for my bath remodel and worked to make sure the products were ordered and received in time. This will be my first stop when I have tile needs in the future and look forward to working with Cressa again.

I ordered a drain grate online for shipping to save me time, days later I got a call saying I would need to come pick it up.I was willing to pay for shipping, but the store called and wouldn’t ship it. Said I needed to pick it up.

My wife and I came in with specific needs. The manager Veronica Bland assisted us. This woman knows tile and the best methods of installing it correctly to get the best results!!! She was friendly and knew exactly what we were looking for, was able to locate it in her store and then offered her advice on installation. I highly recommend speaking with her if you need tile!!

Jovi was a big help in deciding on what to do with a shower remodel to match existing floors. She never made us feel rushed. She was honest with her thoughts and didn’t try to sell us on anything, just helped us find what my mom envisioned. Very happy to discover this hidden gem of a tile place. Wish it was Jovi’s home store but she was just filling in to help from another store.
