I had an amazing experience at the salon today! I have had my hair cut at cosmetology schools numerous times so I knew full well going in that this would be a time consuming venture. You will have to wait, in some cases, for your stylist to get help/approvals/etc from the instructors. You do risk getting an amateur cut but let me tell you what - I have had some pretty crappy experiences at high buck salons and that was not the case here. The salon itself faces 45, so if you pull into the side lot make sure you go around front. The environment is a bit cluttered with the students having to move their supplies often but I think it looks very nice and professional inside. Better than any school I've been to. My stylist was CrisAnne (hopefully I'm spelling that correctly) and she did a great job on a very complicated style. I brought in several pictures on my phone and with the help of her instructor she used about fifty different techniques to take me from sister wife to sass! Everyone in the salon was stopping to compliment her work which really gave me extra confidence as a customer as well. These students were doing great work! I will absolutely be a return customer - the only downfall will be when your fav graduates and I have to go pay out the nose to see them somewhere else!

Don't get your haircut here...they cut your hair like your mom did when you were 7 years old...straight across. Then the next day you realize all the longer pieces she forgot to cut.

Basic men's haircut took over an hour. Student seemed disinterested in doing the work or getting it approved by instructors. I was barely a second thought in the whole process. Barely worth the $5 I paid.
