Three of our dogs stayed for about a week at Pet Palace and I unfortunately am very disappointed with the service provided and heartbroken with how our three dogs appeared coming back from their stay at the pet palace. These dogs are our family and no one would ever want their family to be treated poorly. Unfortunately, all our dogs came back in bad condition with one developing wounds on his body. As a pet owner, this was very devastating. I tried to contact Pet Palace to discuss my concerns and spoke with Laurie who mentioned that their manager, Emily Martinez, was busy at the moment to speak with me. I am still waiting for a call back at this time. I’m hoping this issue gets resolved and that no other dogs get hurt.

They have caring staff. The cat area appears clean. They let us know if our cat allows them to give her the additional 1:1 time. I've used them several times for our cat and I am very satisfied with her care.

PetPalace is an amazing one stop shopping pet store! They take extremely good care of our pet wether it’s an extended stay, a play day or grooming! The staff is amazing & caring group. I’ve been with the pet palace for approximately 20 years!

The Pet Palace is great, I have used their boarding and grooming services for years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My chihuahua is a nervous girl so I explained the situation. The staff listened to me, told me about a couple of options. When I picked her up she was beautiful and calm. Thank you for your excellent service!

My three labs love Pet Palace. They are very unhappy when they don’t get to go for all day play. We feel that the staff at pet palace love our dogs as much as we do so we feel safe taking them there for play or boarding. They have accommodated us when stuck in hours long traffic in the evening and treat us like family.

We have been going to pet palace for many years. They take such good care of our sweet babies. We have boarded both short term and for longer periods of time. I would never considergoing anywhere else.

We always use the pet palace for boarding our pup while traveling. I love that she can have the comfort of an “in and out suite”, indoor kennel with a doggie door to an outdoor kennel space. She also loves group play days and she gets her baths and grooming here too! The staff is absolutely amazing, they always have smiles and seem to really enjoy the dogs, which makes it easier to leave my fur baby with them. We love the pet palace!

Kayla was so sweet to our puppy on her first time at PP. She provided a very professional and detailed report on how the puppy did in her Meet and Greet. Other staff members were also very helpful and friendly. They were very busy that day, but they had a full staff to take care of all the dogs checking in and out.

If you’re looking for a “just like home” kennel for your pet, this is the place.I currently kennel both my babies at The Pet Palace in Webster, TX when needed and take them for an occasional playtime as well. My dogs are both skittish and shy with strangers and other dogs but the staff (particularly Emily the IV and Heather) have done a great job learning their personalities and individual needs. I know longer feel guilty or have anxiety about leaving them because I know they’re in good hands. My dogs’ excitement when we enter the parking lot shows me how they feel about the place which gives me peace.

My Mickey has never been to a play day or around other dogs....She's a rescue from Pasadena tx animal shelter.The staff at The Pet Palace were so helpful excellent customer service Christen was super awesome..She helped get all my information in the system asap and was so kind....Sharon made my Mickey feel so welcomed on her meet and greet...I returned on Saturday for Mickeys firstPlay day....She did well.Thanks for all the special staff who worked with my MickeyYou guys Rock!!!
