Always a great time when we visit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, reptile enclosures are kept well beyond "basic recommended care".Other stores sell Bio-Dude products which makes it easy to tell that everything is high-quality. We are sure to go straight to come here for all of our bio-active enclosure needs!

Wow! Customer service is amazing they make sure to help you with whatever questions you have. There is a lot of selection when it comes to woods and logs for your reptile homes!! Way better than a petsmart or petco. It also looks like they take great care of their animals and give them a lovely spacious home.

I loved all the items you sent and the pacific wood branch thing you picked was absolutely perfect. Same with the one pound cork, I got five pieces and they were amazing and bigger than I expected. Will definitely be back in the future!
