Texas Mattress Makers is, and will continue to be the only place I shop for a mattress. I purchased my first mattress (for my fifth wheel camper) from Lax when the only location was near downtown, off Navagation. They now have several locations, but continue to give the same excellent service. I purchased a new mattress for our master bedroom. The experience was easy and the mattress will be delivered this week.

Visited twice, the first time we (myself and my newly wed wife) were offered ample time to peruse their offerings at our leisure testing out all of the mattresses to see which suited our needs, the quality became glaringly apparent compared to other beds we had tried and so we visited a second time with purchasing in mind. After receiving a wealth of knowledge from the owner, who we were lucky enough to meet, we purchased our first mattress together but definitely not the last. The customer service was outstanding, the kind you only get from a family owned business and with any information being freely offered as well as advice on sleeping posture and comfort reassurance that any issues would be swiftly dealt with. Thank you again Mr Meicler and family.

Very impressed with Texas Mattress Makers. I asked on Facebook for recommendations on a new mattress. This company was one of the most recommended. I did my research online & went to the clear lake store to try them out. Heather, helped me and knew how to tell by the way I lay on the mattress if it would be a good fit. I fell in love with the Venice mattress. Heather worked a deal and set up the delivery. I highly recommend asking for Heather. My mattress set arrived right on time. Jose & Alf (I believe idk) removed for free the old and installed the new. It was quite a task, but the men were so helpful and upbeat.

Excellent customer service and expertise provided by Heather at Texas Mattress Makers.
I was shopping for two different mattresses for very different needs. Heather, took time listen, comprehend my concerns and preferences then provide expert information that helped me understand best options to choose from within my budget.
She is very knowledgeable and has a true desire to help customers. I will definitely purchase products here again.
