I take reviews very seriously. I always support local businesses but this place has been the WORST experience ever. I went in with a cracked screen, no other issues. I was given a cash price quote approved by the supervisor including tax. I was upsold a screen protector to for $10 which was fine. When I went to pick up the phone, they tried to overcharge me even though I received a quote. Additionally, screen protector was way to small for my phone and I had to get a refund. I noticed when I was at home that my finger print would not work on my phone. I have never had an issue with this before. I could unlock my phone with the fingerprint but not open apps. I called back and I was told by the supervisor that this is a typical issue for google phones and common knowledge...like I should know! If this was common knowledge in his area of expertise I should have been informed prior to paying $200 for a repair when I could have utilized that money to help cover a new phone! After going back and forth and being talked over several times, he told me to bring in my phone. I brought in my phone and tried re-explaining what the issue was, but I did not feel like he was listening. Day after day I was told it would be next day, or I would get a call in a few hours. I never received anything, I had to call. It was a total of 4 days in the shop for the fingerprint issue. I finally called in on day 4 and was told that the phone unlocks 90% of the time. I told them that its not unlocking the phone, its oddly enough the apps that do not unlock as previously stated. This proved he didn't even listen to me! I complained that I brought in a working phone and I am now leaving with a BROKEN phone. The supervisor told me that my phone was broken when I came in and implied I had this issue before. I attempted to demand a refund but was denied. I was talked down to, and talked over the whole conversation. If you take reviews seriously, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. All I want is a refund for my phone that worked fine before, and now does not work fine leaving. They are not taking responsibility for BREAKING MY PHONE and REFUSING ACCONTABLIITY.

Just got my Samsung watch 6 back from fixing a cracked screen. It took about a week and a half but looks good. The men that work there are nice and reasonable. They are one of the only ones I could find that fix Samsung watches

Horrible horrible horrible, Do not I repeat DO NOT buy phones from here I bought my phone from here a year or two ago and they unlocked it using a turbo sim. Long story short I reset my phone while forgetting it makes the turbo sim useless, point blank I called the carrier being AT&T for the phone and they said the phone could not be unlocked due to it not being paid off and there was a large balance on it pending while I paid 800$ which was what it was worth at the time, please don’t buy a phone from here they lease them from companies and don’t pay them off sell them a bit cheaper to make some quick $ then when it no longer works they can’t do anything about it.

Great and superfast service! Dropped my cell phone off for a new battery and done in a few hours. They do computer and TV repairs of any kind. My #1 go to place for all if needed.

Took my son’s laptop in to find out what would be wrong with the screen as there were two red lines on the right side…. I was told one price, then when he saw the laptop he said it should be a higher price but it would be the first one he said…. I get a call saying that the screen is broken and needs to be replaced and I was given a price. Something didn’t feel right so I said that I would just come and pick up the laptop. I got home plugged it in and the screen was now black, the keyboard did light up but not the screen. I called the store to let them k ow and I was told that the supervisor would call me back. I will admit that at this point I was UPSET that I paid and the laptop was now worse than when I had dropped it off! I go to the store to let him see and before he would even look at it I was told “ I don’t know what you did when you took it home” I shook my head!!! We exchanged words and I left!I guess I should have read the reviews before I went as there are several ppl who are NOT happy with this business!!!!

First off this place isn’t located here anymore it’s across the street with a sign on the door with a piece of paper so it was hard to find. Dropped my iPhone off for the back glass and camera to be fixed. It was $275 for that. They said come back 5:30-6pm to pick up. I was there at that time to find out my iPhone was not even at this location and the guy working said his supervisor had it else where. This is where I got mad. Had I known by my phone would have left the property I would have never allowed them to work on my phone. Very shady and felt like a scam the more I dealt with them and had to threaten to get the police to get my phone back. Stay away from this place at all cost and go through apple or your insurance,it’ll be safer and get done!!!
