Dawn at front desk is really kind. We felt very welcome by her. She was so patient with my kids after a long ride to get here. Thank you for you hospitality. To be honest, it was surprising to encounter people with such kindness and respect. I highly recommend to stay here especially if you get to meet great staff. Thank you Dawn. !

We traveled to Houston for a baseball tournament. I booked a room at another holiday inn close to where the team was staying. When we went to check in our reservation was canceled and the guy at the front desk said they were completely sold out but if we gave him $180 cash, he would give us a room. We left!!!
Fast forward we rebooked at the Staybridge Hotel. The women at the front desk Dawn, was absolutely amazing. When we told her what happed she up graded our room. But not only that, she was SO nice and friendly. When we got into our room it was so much nicer than I expected for a Staybridge. It was clean even the bathroom was spotless. The rooms were comfortable. The bed was perfect. The hotel also had a great amenities area with a hot tub, pool, grilling area and small dog park. When we left, Dawn asked us about our stay and wished us good luck at our game. I was impressed that she remembered. I would definitely stay here again.

By far the best experience at a hotel I have had in my life. My stay has been off and on for months and the front desk specifically Dawn make me feel like I am at home and that they truly care about their guests here. Would give 10/5 stars if I could.

I’ve stayed here a few hundred nights so this review is long overdue. The big motivation for posting this review is DAWN. This hotel has been a second home for me these past 4 or 5 years and for this specific stay, DAWN made this one super memorable.
The location is great, close to everything I need to access and easy to get to the major routes of travel. There are tons of food options in this area. For nightlife I like going to Kemah and that’s about 20 minutes away.
Breakfast here is always on point. There are quick grab-and-go style options, hot meal buffet style food, and of course they have a waffle station! I’m not a big coffee guy, but they do have coffee here.
A few days out of the week they serve hot dinner here. I eat like a hog so this is an insane value to me! LISA took care of me during dinner time and kept the area super clean. The food is always good and they switch up the options. There is beer and wine served on the same nights that dinner is served. They also just installed some beer taps that you can access during drinking hours, this is pretty clutch.
This is my first time getting in the pool out of all my visits. The pool is clean, about 5 feet at its deepest and about 3 feet in the shallow area. There is a 6 inch area for babies to hang out in. There’s also a hot tub, a grill, a life-sized chessboard, a fenced dog area, and a putting green. The grills are clean and get super hot, I used them a few times this stay to meal prep.
This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in this area, close to everything I need and an insane value.
Rooms: Every time I’ve stayed here the option to have my room cleaned daily is there. You can also put a magnet at the door to postpone the service. ALICIA did my room service for this long stay that I’ve had here this visit. My room is always so clean and the linens are always so fresh, it makes me want to live here and never leave.
Nearby activities: NASA is right around the corner, great place to check out. Tons of food options in the area. Costco, and HEB are in close proximity as well.
Walkability: You can definitely walk to get coffee on the corner or a quick meal.
