It’s no wonder they have such a low star rating. Can’t even greet customers when they walk in? I wonder how many issues would be solved if staff simply just started greeting people again. It’s wild. Would you ignore your parents if they walked into your house? Rude employees are so disgusting, and stupid ones are even worse. Ten minutes past expected pickup time for a mobile order? For cold brew? Are you kidding me? Do better. Be better.

My hot mocha was stone cold. Snd since I didn’t have the time to go back and get it fixed I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone.

I guess my mobile order was made alot quicker than the drive thru could move because by the time I received my drink the cold foam was gone and my sandwhich was cold. I double-checked with the lady at the window if she even gave me the right order.

Scatter BRAINS... 10 baristas and still manage to give poor service. Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and no one bothered to make it.

bunch of kids there who haven't been trained in actual customer service. they couldn't get my pumpkin iced chai tea latte right three times and displayed an annoyed attitude thereafter. I asked for a refund 30 minutes in. they refused and kept my cup behind the counter. don't know what's going on there but employees seem to view customers who want a drink done in a certain way as a nuisance that needs to be dealt with in such a way that they don't return ever. and when they especially dislike you they'll threaten you with police and tell you you can't come back to the store.after 7 days of waiting for district manager to call, I finally received a call and was told that the employee's feelings matter as much as the customer's. OK!!!!!in the end, the El Dorado Manager was very helpful and understanding and gave me a free drink and a gift card.

Out of the five Starbucks in the area, this will always be the one I go to. The girls are so attentive and customer oriented. I’ve never received an incorrect order here. The food is always fresh. They manage their mobile ordering system perfectly. 10/10.
