I am always able to find items I am looking for at Staples because they have a wide variety. I also love that they support Women Owned businesses! When I do interact with employees they are always courteous and knowledgeable.

Based on my recent interaction, I am very likely to recommend Staples to a friend, family member, or colleague. I recently purchased an HP printer 6455e, and the experience was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me to the right product for my needs. Additionally, the purchasing process was smooth and efficient. I am very satisfied with both the product and the service I received

Staples is a great store for office supplies and computers. I ordered a toner cartridge and got the number wrong. They delivered it to the house (which I love) and we realized I ordered the wrong one. The next day, I was going past a staples in my area so I took it back and exchanged it for the right one. No problems whatsoever. By the time I got home I already had the credit in an email. Now that's efficiency. Love Staples!

My birthday invitations came out very nice however when I went to pick them up today this evening, I see the lady busy with something else so I waited till she was done to acknowledge me. It took a while so I finally said something just she knew my presence. Never once did she look at me as I asked about my pick up order. All she replied was “yes” without even looking at me or saying anything else. I waited there for a little longer, and had to sit down being so pregnant, still waiting and watching her as she just moves boxes around and sweeps the floor. Literally nothing but trying to help me. Another associate came to drop something off in the printing are, a young guy and I asked him for help, gave him my name and he went to her and she finally asked for my name even though I had just said it right in front of her to him. Crazy how I had to ask someone else for help for her to even acknowledge me. I was never once rude to her. She gave off a shady attitude and completely ignored my question. When I went to pay I told her I had change so I could get the whole dollar amount back instead of a bunch of change, she ignored me, gave me the change and walked off… soooo frustrating. Please teach your team members better customer service.

I went in to purchase a chair i had seen on sale last week. Great deal on a high-quality product. However, when getting ready to check out, there was only one employee to be found, and she was extremely rude. She refused to look for a different color that was not on the sales floor as they did a few days ago when i purchased one with a friend. She refused to price check floor mats on promo with the chairs that had no price tags, saying each one is different and she has no way of knowing (despite the same one on display with multiple chairs down the aisle) and refused to assist. Disgruntled i went to complete my purchase along with an extended warranty, and she flew past the option for me to enter an email trying to get me out the door, and "couldnt go back" for me to enter my info. I could not read her nametag, but the associate was a younger woman with glasses, and the ID on the receipt is 2084448
As someone who has worked in customer service for more than 10 years, i can sympathize with someone having a bad day, but that does not excuse poor manners and refusal to do basic job duties

I visited this location seeking assistance with a return, but unfortunately, the customer service was severely lacking. There were no greetings or acknowledgment from the only worker present, who seemed more focused on their own tasks. After waiting in line for ten minutes, the worker finally asked if I needed help, but instead proceeded to close boxes. Feeling frustrated, I inquired if he was the only one working, to which he confirmed. I then took it upon myself to search for another worker who could actually assist me, and fortunately, I found one. If you prefer efficient and attentive service, I would advise against visiting this location.

Standing in line five minutes before close and want to return something? Store is open, but they can’t complete a return. Was told that their computers turn off at 6…terrible customer service, and they wonder why stores like this are closing down…

The people were very rude and did not help at all. That was the worst Staples I've been to and would drive 100 miles in order not to go to it.
