Every time I take my Mercedes in I get a great video message from the service tech but when it's time to call or schedule for pick up they just won't. It took 2 days to do a recall which I received a video that it was green lighted and done and yet 2 weeks later still no call to come pick it up.

We have a team of highly trained technicians that can perform service on your Sprinter and Metris Vans. Service performed include alignment, State Inspections, tire replacements, AC maintenance, and all schedule maintenance. Car washes and details can be performed when scheduled.
We have loaners available with appointment and shuttles available. Waiters and Walk-ins are always welcomed and can enjoy Wi-Fi, coffee, water and snacks in our waiting area. We have towing available and even have overnight parking for out of town RVs being serviced.
