I came here to get a balayage and and add a copper color with Nila. I asked her for a few things for including doing a test strand, starting closer to the scalp, and focusing on the non bleached sections. She rejected my requests because she did not have enough time for me, even though she explicitly stated she would at the time the appointment was set, or because there are extra costs, even though I had already agreed to paying them. On top of this, the color noticeably faded after the first wash, which was 4 days after the service. I paid about $120. This includes the extra $25 for toner. What I received does not look like balayage to me. I have chunky highlights on top, and the remaining 3/4 looks about the same because she re-bleached my previous balayage but somehow it barely lifted. This could be due to the fact that my hair was dyed black years ago but she also didn't ask about previous work I had done. The placement is very sporadic and "crazy" as she put it. The original price for this according to Groupon was almost $200. She was also rude and spent time trying to debate about everything I asked for instead of using that time to make sure I was getting my desired look. She reiterated that if I didn't like it I could come back at a later date. Why not just put in the effort to get it right the first time? I ended up using a semi permanent color for the time being until I have it redone. Only because yelp is asking, the vibes were wrong. I'm done with Groupon.

I have been going to Splash Hair Designs for several years now and find the staff to always be friendly and helpful. Shaun is the best! I love the color and highlights (low and high) she puts in my hair. I always leave feeling wonderful with beautiful hair.

I Have been going to to Splash Hair Design for about 2 years now and they are great with men's haircuts and barber services as well! They always trim my beard and style my hair how I want!

1st experience with Nila was fantastic! 2nd experience was TERRIBLE! She said the haircut we showed her was an old lady haircut & she cut her hair the way a young lady's haircut should be cut! Thought I found a stylist that listened & could cut hair just like the picture we showed her. However, sadly that wasn't the case. I should've canceled whenever they called asking for me to be there way earlier than the appointment cause she wanted to leave early. I wanted the haircut in the picture I showed her not what she thought was needed! I'm just flabbergasted!

Joe is the best. I’m 24 years old and Joe did my very first haircut, and still doesn’t my hair now! I took my 2 year old son for his first hair cut! I’m always in love with my hair when I leave. Wouldn’t trust anyone else like I trust Joe!Services: Kids' cuts

I’ve been going to Shaun at Splash Hair Designs for almost 10 years and couldn’t be happier!!! When I first went to Shaun my hair was an absolute mess. It had been highlighted with bleach for almost 20 years and it totally ruined my hair. Shaun convinced me (slowly) to go back to my dark roots and now my hair is healthier than it’s ever been. My fiancé also goes to Splash and loves it!! I definitely recommend this place. It’s a lot of fun and full of friendly people ?

Used a Groupon with Nila as this was my 1st & last time here.I used Groupon to find this place because I don't have a person/place here yet.The hair cut was good, but don't let her do highlights unless you want chunky that look like they are already grown out.Price does not include toner & I'm not sure what good the toner she used did.Thank God I had a box of red dye to fix it at home.I asked for subtle highlights to blend in & cover my grey. Never did I ask or hint at what I got nor did the picture that I showed her for my cut style.1st photo was before appointment, middle 2 are what I left with, & last 1 is after I fixed it with red box dye at home.Was not about to let her touch my hair again!
