It was my first time to an indoor range. From the minute I walked in Sharon she made us feel welcoming. Your hospitality was very sincere and informed me about the womens training class in order to feel more comfortable with my hand gun. Because of you, we will be back soon.

If you ever want to go shooting, could be from 0% experience to just renting to try a different fire arm, I would definitely recommend this place, excellent management, Justin and Sebastian were excellent with me very polite, helpful and professional personnel again for everything thank you so much for your assistance, we need more people like you all.

HORRIBLE RANGE , I REPEAT HORRIBLE, very disrespectful staff with horrible attitudes and they were rolling their eyes and just being flat out disrespectful. I bought four targets but the guy at the desk didn’t give me any of them so I went in the range and grabbed a unused one that was clipped on the wall right next to me thinking we just pay at the counter and grab them from the wall. The target I grabbed ended up being the man’s next to me. The man from the register ended up coming in being very disrespectful treating me like I stole it , I showed nothing but respect and said I was sorry , the cashier continued to roll his eyes and treated me like a idiot.

Ronnie was great! He individualized his instruction to fit my needs. He helped me identify my areas of weakness, showed me correct form, and strategies to be more precise when I shoot. He came up with a plan as to me what hub hub to practice when I come to train. Ronnie was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.

I attended a class for LTC with Mr. Mario and it was very good. The class covered the test as well as the range qualification. Mr. Mario was very knowledgeable and went over everything in detail and during range qualification, he was very clear in his instructions and that helped me pass the exam. Thank you Mr. Mario for all your help.

Beware of the membership, what I wasn't told and you probably won't be either is that you are signed up for 3 months whether you like it or not. I'm not a huge fan of this range, but signing up for one month was convenient for my plans this month. I tried to cancel it today since I it's no longer really needed it, and come to find out, I couldn't. Also... Don't be fooled by the "free gun rentals", they are not free. You have to buy their ammo regardless of if the ammo you bring is factory sealed retail ammo or not. The only thing I ever liked about this place is they had a hard to find ammo I want... But now I can find that ammo at academy. But now I'm stuck with these 'lying by omition' crooks for 2 more months. Read the fine print as they say... It's present on the pamphlet that I didn't even get till after I signed up.Edit: Oh... And this place likes to nickle and dime you for everything. I've never been to a range that didn't provide at least 1 target with admission or charge for ears.. and they want something like 26 dollars to shoot for an hour walk in.

I walked into Range USA on 20 April 2024 at 1800 to inquire about some AR15 parts for a rebuild. As soon as I walked in all 4 (3 at the register and one at the gun sales department directly in front of the door) staff members looked at me and said absolutely nothing as I entered. I thought it was very odd but I continued to shop. A Caucasian man walked in about 3 minutes after me and 3 gentlemen at the register acknowledged him and one associate bee lined to him to assist him in sales. I looked and shook my head and said wow. About 20 seconds later the sales associate that was by his self in the beginning of this review came and asked me if I needed anything and if so let him know. I believe he only came over and did that because he seen me shake my head and seen I was disgruntled. At that point I walked out because as an Army veteran, an American, and fellow gun lover that is poor customer service. This is sad. Do better Range USA. I will not come here again.

New clean facility and nice staff. Ammo prices a little high but that’s to be expected

Sharon was great. She took the time to show me how best to handle the two guns I own, indicating in fine details how best to hold them, why one needs to bend their knees, the arms, and hold their breathing when about to pull the trigger. My accuracy improved significantly because of her coaching. Sharon is a credit to the Range USA Webster, TX location.

Terrible customer service, honestly worst experience at a shooting range thus far. Would not recommend shooting range if the RSO is the big girl.

this is not a woman-friendly range.prepare to be completely embarrassed when they ask you if you're pregnant, when you're obviously not pregnant , and they ask you in the middle of the sales floor in front of everyone.. this is totally unnecessary and out of protocol because this caveat is already in the waiver you have to sign to shoot!!!!! this has happened to me TWICE at this shop. for reference i am 5'3" and 130 lbs with an athletic build. great way to make me feel awful about my appearance. no one asked the other women in my group if they were pregnant.we are proficient shooters who shoot every weekend and we wont be spending any money here, and we recommend you don't either.
