Ragan was outstanding. Barely felt the injection, one of the best phlebotomists I’ve experienced. And at 70 I’ve been to a lot. She had great bedside manner too. Made it a very relaxing experience…a rarity.

Soad Eknokowa referred me to this place to get blood test. She didn't give me the number to call, and when I went downstairs to the office it was all automated and no human being to assist to make an appointment for me so i left.
I called friday, today after calling the endocrinologist office and they finally gave me the number to call to make blood lab appointment and she sounded clueless on the three dr referrals the Dr promised she would refer me to.
The automated phone thing cant understand my name and there isnt a human option so I cant make the blood lab appointment.
This is a bad sign and a red flag!! So far nothing has happened that i went to see her for. I dont think my insurance should be charged she only talked to me for less than 5 minutes and i felt rushed.
Low off brand quality of care, her office was packed and they rush your appointment with no physical examination other than blood pressure and weight being taken. this is why I'll stick with my long term Dr's in Beverly Hills.
Medical care in TX is abysmal and it's low quality and nonody really cared because they are overworked and low pay. Skip it. I am used to a much higher quality of care and rather fly back to LA SO FORGET THE REFERRALS IF THIS IS WHATS ITS GOING TO BE LIKE. GHETTO as everything else in houston, TX.

Checked in on iPad, no human to check in with. Put down I’m a walk in and I was waiting in room. Waited over 1.5 hours and watched people come in after me (without appts) and get called back before me. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They are getting one star because I can’t give zero stars.

Both the phlebotomist and the nurse who saw me were extremely kind, courteous, professional, and very personable! I barely felt the needle, and both women were very efficient in everything they did. It was actually an enjoyable visit. I made an appointment online, and was seen almost exactly at my appointment time with a very short wait. I will certainly visit this location again!

I've always had good experiences at this Quest site. The wait time is reasonable, the lab personnel are professional and good phlebotomists, and the results are quickly delivered to my patient chart.

Easy to use technology to expedite check in. Clean & quiet waiting area! Friendly & efficient staff! Report went to my doctor quickly and reported to me the next morning even though my appointment was late in the day!

Staff at Quest at CLS Webster are very friendly. Getting the results were very quick and thorough. Results are better than before as far as where your numbers should be and a detailed explanation if your numbers are not what they should be. Also a line graph showing previous results. Very impressed and very important information to a customer. Thank you!

Thought I had appointment made but it didn't show up in the records. Associate helping people sign in was really impatient and arrogant. BUT the phlebotomist was phantastic! ;)

Calling patients in for lab os not fair. Serial list of patient on TV screen is different from the calling patient to lab.Complained to the staff were RUDE.

Emily was wonderful. She was polite, informative, kind, and I think the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. I had made my appointment online. The process was simple, my checking at the kiosk was easy and quick. I was called in quickly, less than a five minute wait, and was out and on my way in less than 30 minutes and that was from check-in to walking back to my car. Quick, easy, and efficient process with a great phlebotomist.
