The way I was treated yesterday was very uncalled for. I’m always buying stuff from this store. I purchased a few things on Thursday evening. The Asian guy forgot to bag my eyebrow pencils, I brought a dark brown for my sister and black brown for me. I only use black brown for my eyebrows. I went inside the store to tell him he forgot to bag my pencils and he made it look like I was lying and like everything was my fault. His exact words was “I don’t make mistakes” like he wasn’t human. These ppl look at black people like we are nothing and we be their number one customers!

Bought 2 bundles of hair for 80 dollars each! And I opened the first one to find that the ends were NON Existent! I when back for a refund with my receipt the NEXT DAY and was denied a refund for the pack that I had opened because I didn’t bring the plastic opened packaging that it was in but I had my receipt ? DONOT SHOP FOR BUNDLES HERE!!! Beware!
