Having my kitchen remodeled and ProSource was recommended. I love that it is not just one product. You can look at and purchase everything you need! Bridget is so easy to work with along with my Project Manager, as I need guidance on the total process. I am thankful and pleased with all aspects so far, and may end up doing more projects now that I know I have found people I can trust!

Bought my counter tops from prosource some years back and had a good experience. Decided to try them again for some backsplash tile. Gwen was very helpful and patient with me, it took me about 3 or 4 months to decide. Received the material in a reasonable amount of time. As far as price goes, I cannot speak to that because I did not shop around to compare. Service overall was average, did not feel the same fuzzy feeling with other staff as I did with Gwen. Im soley giving this 5 star rating because of Gwen, she had very good customer service, called me every once in awhile to follow up but was not over-bearing, but when she was not there, I didnt get the same level of service. This place is a 1 stop shop which I like and has a good selection. Recommend to go in and check them out.

My clients and I have worked for years with Bridget. She has always been willing to work with us. Helping make selections, sorting out any challenges with vendors and getting us to the finish line. My only regret is not writing a review before now.

Our customers can be very demanding and she is always up to the challenge. She doesn’t just stick to the script. ProSource has always been my go to for flooring and tile needs. I love that they have a large selection in their show room available to actually see it in person as opposed to having to purchase online not really knowing what it looks like. My sales rep Gwen Redman is the best! She has always been more than happy to assist me with all my needs, and does it with a smile. I highly recommend ProSource and Gwen for your next remodel.
