“I placed my mail in the blue postal box outside and then it was shut down. To my understanding this was not the fault of the local office but of the usps delivery services. I did not end up getting my mail back and will be filing a claim. However this was something that I addressed 1 month ago and despite how busy this office is, they still kept in touch and kept their word to let me know the status of the mail and I really appreciate that.”

“This is probably the 3rd time I've ever done a Google review BUT I had to share how nice the employees here were. I recently moved to the area and came to pick up a mail key. I was greeted by two different ladies when I walked in and the one who assisted me apologized for my wait (which was all of maybe 3 minutes). It was a great experience, thank you!”
“The staff at this location are so helpful and friendly and actually know what they are doing and talking about, unlike the deer park USPS. I had so much trouble with a package at the Deer Park location which caused me to miss my intended delivery( possibly ruined my whole package) so I left and went to this La Porte USPS instead and was treated much better. The staff here are polite and smart and you won't get the same treatment at the Deer Park USPS. Avoid that place as much as possible and come here instead.”
“I had the best experience getting my son’s passport this week. To be honest I was very nervous to come to this location due to all the bad reviews. Jerry was a very respectful and kind person during the entire process. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait very long to get attended. Everything was done in a timely manner which is very important when you’re with a child. Thanks Jerry for the amazing service!!! FYI I never leave reviews but I really had to share my experience. You’re greatly appreciated for your help.”

“Very dependable. There can be lines at certain times but that is to be expected. Every time I've sent a package through this post office, mostly international, the clerks have been incredibly helpful in navigating the proper way to send. The few times I've been through, I've noticed that some senders know the clerks by name which means they have developed a rapport with this office giving it a more neighborly association. I can't speak to the other services since I've only sent packages but I can say that the process for me was clear, streamlined and helpful.”

“I have been going to this post office for a couple of years and there is a new management team. The new Postmaster and supervisor really seem to care. I had a package go to the wrong address the Postmaster personally went and retrieve it and brought it to my door. That is customer service I would definitely recommend getting your services at this location”
